I've barely been on this forum a week, so go easy on me 😅 I actually want to catch this opener properly. Canucks hosting Edmonton on Oct 2 sounds like a fun night even after last season, and I've never watched a game at a pub before.
Can someone explain simply where you folks usually meet up for these, and what time the puck drops? I'm assuming Sportsnet is the channel but I don't want to miss the anthem because I got the time zone mixed up or something. Is there a Kitchener spot people use, or is everyone meeting closer to Rogers Arena? 🙏

Dave, it's the total: wins, plus shootout/OT losses worth a point each. So the Canucks got 25 wins (50 pts) + 8 extra-time losses = 58 over 82 games, and somehow still weren't the worst thing at Rogers Arena 😂 Ellie, pick a pub corner early mate, opener vs Edmonton will be packed.
